Milan has been in the Building and Development since 1979, as Bricklayer and Carpenter and since 1982, later as a registered Builder in Victoria and Queensland, applying his technical experience and core focus on seeking achieving Development Approvals from local authorities along with market and project research in assessing feasibility and technical process related timelines and the like allowing the project to be easily financed and investor satisfaction.
Sue Willis – Board member and Company Secretary
Experienced in administration, compliance management, qualified Age Care Nurse.
Celso Bagay – Managing Director
Project management role, on site management overseeing the Development’s and Construction processes. Celso, a building structural steel fabricator and supervisor with 11 years’ experience (completing structural engineer’s diploma). Celso has come through the industry first as an Apprentice then progressing to onsite management understand the trades, issues, problem solving and the like.
